In Talent Acquisition Services the core of our work is RPO (Recruiting Process Outsourcing). In this capacity we seamlessly step into your organization to hire whomever you need, whether it is, for example, a small group of sales representatives or the full recruitment portfolio. The beauty of our flexible model is that it’s completely scalable.
Our Talent Acquisition Services, however, are much broader than RPO. We also offer support with your Talent Acquisition Strategy, Social Media Recruiting, Executive Search in HR, and Supplemental Recruitment Services including targeted research, reference checking etc.
From our HR Consulting practice, we provide our Clients with both advice and project management. On the Consulting side we offer development of strategies, policies, and procedures to meet our Clients’ needs. On the Project Management side we offer expert stewardship for all different types of HR projects. In the past these projects have included fielding and analyzing compensation or employee satisfaction surveys, developing and implementing of training and coaching programs, facilitating strategy or training sessions and more. In addition, we offer interim placement services for when our Clients require skilled coverage for HR LOA (leaves of absence).
